FortuneJack licence, operator and country restrictions
The operator is PlayWave SRL, Costa Rica company 3-102-914970. The official Anjouan register returned licence ALSI-202411021-FI1, B2C, status Valid for fortunejack.com and playwave.club on 22 October 2026, with an expiry date of 3 November 2026. This is a dated licensing check, not a guarantee of payment or local authorisation. The previous Curaçao claim is no longer retained as the current licence.
France is excluded. Section 16.1 of the operator’s terms also excludes Australia, Austria, Comoros, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, alongside FATF-blacklisted and other prohibited jurisdictions. Provider-specific restrictions apply in addition. An accessible website does not establish eligibility; do not use location masking to bypass restrictions.
FortuneJack welcome bonus: four casino missions
The current welcome page advertises 500% across four casino missions. It is not a 500% cash match on one deposit. Each mission needs a deposit of at least USD 20 and 10× wagering of that deposit on eligible games before a free-spin reward is unlocked. Subsequent missions open on the following day after completion of the previous one.

The promotion gives 14 days to finish the missions after choosing a welcome path and three days to use credited spins. Spins are redeemed on listed games at specified denominations, so a percentage or spin count is not a withdrawable cash value. Slots have exclusions; Aviator has its own qualifying rules. Live casino and most other game categories do not qualify. The eligibility wording mentions registrations from “1st of January” without specifying the year; confirm the account’s eligibility rather than assuming it.
Sports bonus is a separate choice
The alternative sports path advertises a 100% freebet up to USD 200 after 3× turnover of the qualifying deposit. Only settled winning or losing accumulators qualify, with at least three selections at minimum odds of 1.3 each. Cash-out and Bet Builder tickets are excluded. The resulting freebet must be used within three days and also requires at least three selections at odds of 1.3 each. The offer requires a minimum deposit but does not state its amount in the sports accordion. Casino and sports welcome paths cannot both be selected.
Unlocking a reward is not the same as withdrawing it
The general bonus rules separately specify a default 30× turnover, a USD 10 maximum stake and a 5× initial-bonus winnings cap unless offer-specific conditions override them. They also set a default seven-day expiry and describe cancellation on withdrawal. The mission page says further wagering may apply to rewards. Its 10× deposit mission should therefore not be presented as the only condition for cashing out spin winnings. Obtain the reward wallet’s exact conversion conditions before relying on an offer.
The general bonus minimum of 0.002 BTC equivalent differs from the mission-specific USD 20 threshold, with a stated exception for individual promotions. Do not mix these into one universal minimum. No current exclusive BitcoinPlay code or permanently available no-deposit reward was verified. The old 150,000 USDT pack and USD 300 sports claim have been removed.
Official-page inconsistency: the homepage’s longer promotional text still contains older 110%–140% deposit-match figures. The dedicated welcome page is the basis for the mission offer described here; account-specific conditions remain decisive. Its older anonymity language also conflicts with the KYC clauses.
Accepted cryptos, deposits and withdrawals
The official homepage identifies BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, LTC, SOL, DOGE, DASH, USDC, BNB and Polygon, labelled MATIC on the site, for deposits and withdrawals. These are publicly announced methods, not individually tested routes. EUR is also supported through payment partners, so FortuneJack is not crypto-only. Networks, availability and limits must be confirmed separately in an eligible account.
An older homepage list also mentions BUSD and twelve coins, whereas the FAQ and footer identify eleven. BUSD availability was not confirmed and is not included in the verified public-method summary.
The official Bitcoin payment page leaves deposit minimums and confirmation requirements to the cashier, warns that fees may apply and does not publicly list Lightning as a supported route. The general terms also contain wallet-compatibility restrictions. Do not infer that every address type or token network is supported from a currency logo.

The homepage’s three-minute average and zero-fee marketing do not override those contractual qualifications. No payout speed, universal daily cap or fee-free withdrawal was independently established.
KYC, security and account checks
Sections 5 and 8 permit identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds checks for crypto as well as fiat. Documents, a selfie or a call may be requested, and transactions can be suspended pending verification. Crypto use does not mean anonymous or no-KYC withdrawals.
